These programs are mandated under federal and state laws and this position provides guidance and training on program requirements to ensure compliance. This position also oversees the investigative process and conducts fact-finding regarding complaints of discrimination for the agency. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
