Overview The Salvation Army EastView Residence is an Independent Senior Living facility located in the East Harlem section of Manhattan. Residents are provided with living accommodations in studio and one-bedroom units in a modern building facility completed in 2019. The Salvation Army EastView Residence is seeking a friendly, outgoing and professional individual responsible for front desk reception duties, answering and directing calls, delivering messages, greeting guests and performing the responsibilities noted. Responsibilities: - Sort and distribute mail. Process packages - Send and Receive Faxes charging the appropriate fee as applicable - Answer and transfer phone calls - Handle requests for maintenance and repair work orders - Prepare and replace access room cards for residents - Maintain records lists and rosters up to date - Assist in filing and record-keeping - Assist with Marketing duties as needed - Make copies for staff and residents charging the appropriate fee as applicable - Perform clerical and other duties as assigned by management - Communicate with security personnel any disturbances requiring intervention, and notify management of any situations requiring the...
