As DP World launches its new facility in Rialto, CA, we’re hiring Process Engineers at the Associate, Career, or Senior levels to help design, optimize, and scale our operations from the ground up. In this role, you’ll blend analytical thinking with hands-on execution, driving efficiency through Lean methodologies, improving workflows, and shaping how work gets done across the site. From line balancing and value stream mapping to capacity planning and simulation, you’ll play a critical role in building systems that are both high-performing and built to grow! About the Role: How you will contribute: - Utilize Lean Standards in everyday assignments and analysis including: Line Balancing, PFEP, Value Stream Mapping, Process FMEA's, Control Plans, engineering studies, and resource requirement sheets. - Provide leadership and support to Continuous Improvement initiatives at the plant level including; work studies to analyze work systems, developing standards and/or improvements to existing systems, providing input for the development of functional layouts that minimize space and material transit distance that provides fle...
