Responsibilities Sentinel is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Desktop Support Engineer to provide high‑quality, on‑site technical support for one of our clients in Wausau, WI. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for end users, ensuring desktops and laptops are secure, fully functional, and supported with exceptional service. The ideal candidate enjoys hands‑on troubleshooting, takes pride in their work, and represents Sentinel with professionalism at all times. This is a full time role located onsite in Wausau, WI.
