Role Summary State Street Investment Management is seeking a Tech Operations Governance Lead to head oversight of technology services delivered by our internal technology partner, Global Technology Services (GTS). This role is accountable for ensuring technology services supporting Investment Management are delivered with operational excellence, resilience, and strong risk governance. The Lead will serve as the first line of defense/escalation within Investment Management for technology service performance, providing transparency into service quality, dependency risk, and remediation progress while partnering closely with Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and business leadership. This is a senior individual‑contributor role requiring strong asset‑management domain expertise, governance discipline, and the ability to influence outcomes across a complex, global organization.
