We're looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team of title and escrow experts! We're currently looking for a Title Searcher for our La Porte office. Responsibilities and Duties Include: - Accurately performs property and name searches using various resources and programs - Identifies and pulls tax information for each file from county files and checks for adjacent properties owned - Determines a clear chain of title and verifies legal is correct - Organizes tax and document copies and places them in the proper order for the Examiner - Scans completed search package to production system - Communicates with other company title team members, sales team, and customers as needed to obtain information for title order, and to communicate any issues or delays - Monitors and responds to incoming emails and phone calls to the department What We Offer: - Healthcare (medical, prescri...
