GAI Consultants, Inc. is looking for a Senior Roadway inspector to conduct inspections for our new FDOT highway construction work. This position will work out of our Orlando, FL office. Certifications: - Responsible for performing highly complex technical assignments such as in-field surveying and construction layout and making and checking engineering computations. - Inspect construction work and conduct field tests. - Coordinate and manage the lower-level inspectors. - Work is performed under the general supervision of the Project Administrator - ACI Concrete Field Technician Level I - CTQP Concrete Field Technician Level - CTQP Asphalt Roadway Level I - CTQP Asphalt Roadway Level II - CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level I - CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level II - CTQP Pile Driving Inspection - CTQP Drilled Shaft Inspection - IMSA Traffic Signal Inspector Level I - FDOT Advanced MOT - CTQP Final Estimates Level I - Nuclear Radiation Safety - Florida Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Training Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted. - Must be capable of walking in steep varying terrain in all climate conditions. - Must be...
