Overview: Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. (Create Job Requisition Event) Job Description Summary: Performs skilled work in the maintenance, repair, and installation of various building systems and equipment. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Performs repair tasks on related to the building shell and all systems integrated in that shell. - Conducts routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. Maintains systems as required by regulatory agencies. - Responds to work orders and service requests in a timely and efficient manner, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance. - Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment and system malfunctions, identifying root causes and recommending appropriate solutions.
