Job Description: pureIntegration is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition to lead and manage all aspects of HR and recruiting. This role is responsible for designing and executing people strategies that support business growth, employee engagement, and operational excellence. The Director will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to attract, develop, and retain top talent, while ensuring compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, collaborative leader with deep expertise in human resources and talent acquisition who can balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day execution.
