HR & Marketing Intern / Summer 2026 Job Summary: We are seeking a creative, people‑focused, and highly organized HR & Marketing Intern to support marketing initiative within our Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams. This internship provides hands‑on experience across recruitment, marketing, employer branding, and candidate engagement. Ideal for students interested in HR, marketing, communications, or business, this role blends the strategic and creative aspects of both functions. You will gain real‑world experience by helping to attract top talent and further strengthening our employer brand. Key Responsibilities: Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing - Create engaging content for social media to further promote the company culture and employee experience. - Support the development of employer brand assets such as pictures, videos and event highlights. Talent Attraction & Candidate Engagement: - Schedule and conduct phone screens and send candidate communications. - Help manage applicant tracking workflows and maintain candidate records.
