Senior M&A Accounting Manager Department: Global Financial Reporting, Accounting and Tax Employment Type: Full Time: Location: United Kingdom: Description: The Senior Manager – M&A Accounting leads the accounting execution and financial reporting for recently acquired companies and other strategic transactions. This role serves as the accounting subject matter expert throughout the transaction lifecycle—from due diligence through post-close integration as well as day to day oversight of acquired comapnies—ensuring compliance with US GAAP, SOX control requirements, and scalable processes across newly acquired entities.This position partners closely with New Venture, FP&A, Tax, Legal, external advisors, and acquired company finance teams.
