Role Overview: The Generator Technical Services Manager (TSM) provides comprehensive technical leadership and support for the Generator Services Business, including both field and shop operations. This role is responsible for coordinating Generator product line support needs, including outage forecasting, vendor repairs, parts manufacturing requirements, and the training and development of direct reports. The TSM drives operational excellence by enhancing processes, improving work packages, strengthening personnel capability, and ensuring all assigned KPIs are achieved.
