In this exciting role, the Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of approximately 15 process technicians at 4 shifts supporting hybrid assembly and wafer-scale manufacturing operations. This role owns day-to-day execution, process stability, continuous improvement, and technician capability development to ensure safe, compliant, and high-yield 24/7 manufacturing operations at Medtronic Tempe Campus.
