Job Summary: This Engineering Co-Op position supports the Ft. Smith, Arkansas Engineering site in achieving engineering objectives while providing the Co-Op student with hands-on experience in motor design, documentation, and manufacturing support. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and industry-standard engineering practices, providing a meaningful learning experience while contributing to real engineering projects.
