Joining Collibra's Services Operations team Collibra's Professional Services and Customer Engineering teams help our customers realize the full value of data intelligence — and the operational backbone behind those teams is what makes consistent, scalable delivery possible. We're hiring a Sales Operations Manager to design and own the Salesforce processes, reporting infrastructure, and capacity planning that allow Services to scale globally. You'll report directly to Taylor Barr and partner closely with senior leaders across Services and Customer Engineering. This role lives one of our core values — our customers are our true north . The systems and processes you build translate directly into faster onboarding, more predictable project delivery, and clearer outcomes for the customers we serve. This is a hybrid role based in our Raleigh office. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week.
