In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, evolution and security of our organization’s infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to system optimization and reliability. Key Required Proficiencies: Deep working knowledge in Windows desktop and server administration, troubleshooting and OS deployment. Experience in Microsoft 365 Admin Portal user management, licensing, service health, tenant configuration. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365 Apps Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel (both as a user and as the person supporting 1,200 users) High proficiency in Entra ID identity management, conditional access, security groups, SSO configuration.
