As a Volleyball Coach, you will be responsible for teaching and training young athletes in the sport of volleyball. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on young athletes and help them develop their skills and love for the game. Under the direction of the Sports Director, the Travel Volleyball Coach plans, teaches and leads assign team(s) through each competitive volleyball season. In addition, this individual will act as liaison between the director and the participants, dispersing group communications. Essential Functions / Job Duties: Develops and plan age-appropriate practices for assigned team(s). Teaches/coaches relevant skills, techniques and tactics in a creative, fun and professional manner Collaborates with the Director to coordinate and promote the Y's Travel Program throughout the community as needed.
