Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience in an applied research setting (e.g., product or academic), or similar. - Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability studies and contextual inquiries. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field. - Experience with AI UX, including mental models of automation and user-AI feedback loops. - Experience managing stakeholder environments and delivering presentations of research findings to business executives. - Experience conducting UX research on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or internal enterprise platforms.
