About the role: The role of the Treatment Coordinator is to provide individual substance use counseling and case management to clients of Casa Esperanza, Inc., using a motivational counseling approach and providing individual assessment, treatment planning, and case management. The Treatment Coordinator is expected to perform on-call duties and assist in the coordination of admissions, treatment reporting, and ESM data entry. Bilingual (Spanish and English) is required. As part of the Casa Esperanza, Inc. team, the Treatment Coordinator will provide services in a fully integrated, holistic, and collaborative manner using a team-treatment approach to ensure the coordination of all client services, both across Casa programs as well as with external providers.
