For Linklaters Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Financial Analyst (Executive Finance) role. About the Team: The Executive Finance team provides critical financial insight and analysis to senior stakeholders, including the CFO and the Firmwide Managing Partner, supporting strategic and operational decision‑making. There is wide scope to this role with a significant “ad hoc” element, reflecting the dynamic nature of executive level requests, in addition to the regular reporting and analysis. You will be responsible for: Providing financial support to senior stakeholders and acting as a point of contact for financial queries. Providing monthly KPIs and supporting commentary on drivers for profitability. Preparing various pieces of financial analysis to support strategic decision making across the firm including historical trend analysis and modelling future potential performance. Analysing performance against agreed targets, monitoring trends and highlighting issues. Developing options for and implementing solutions to improve financial performance.
