ETFs are one of the most dynamic areas of growth and innovation at Nuveen, and the Capital Markets team sits at the center of that momentum. Operating within the ETF department, the team serves as the primary hub connecting internal partners — including Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, Technology, Sales, and Marketing — with the broader ETF ecosystem of Market Makers, Authorized Participants, Exchanges, and trading platforms. This Vice President role is purpose-built for a professional who brings both deep technical expertise in ETF market mechanics and the strategic instincts to grow a competitive platform. You will maintain hands-on engagement with daily capital markets operations — including creation/redemption workflows and custom basket rebalancing — while taking primary ownership of Nuveen's most important external partnerships and distribution enablement infrastructure.
