HRIS Time & Workforce Management Functional Manager - Porto (Híbrido - 2x no office) About the Role: Our client is undergoing a major digital transformation and growth program, with Human Resources playing a central role. The HRIS Time & Workforce Management Functional Manager will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of time tracking and workforce management processes within this global HRIS ecosystem. Mission: Reporting to the HR Program Director, this role is responsible for leading the Time & Workforce Management functional stream, ensuring alignment with the global HRIS model, and delivering compliant, efficient, and scalable solutions.
