Swiss CNC Programmer - Tsugami

Description Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this position will support the CNC Programming team’s efforts in developing and improving machining and programming processes for Swiss CNC manufacturing operations. This position will work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing to develop and advance machining processes for high-precision aerospace and defense components. Create CNC programs for Tsugami Swiss CNC machines using customer specifications, blueprints, and process documentation. Work independently with minimal direction from Supervisor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Work from and follow process specifications, work orders, travelers, setup sheets, blueprints, engineering drawings, material specifications, and verbal/written instructions. - Program and optimize Tsugami Swiss CNC machines for aerospace and defense components. - Develop machining processes to improve efficiency, reduce scrap, and improve production yield. - Troubleshoot machining, tooling, setup, and program issues on the production floor. - Coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to support new product introductions and process improvements. - Create and maintain CNC program...
