Machine Operator

Job description

Thompson First Group is currently seeking a qualified Machine Operator for a local client in Woodstock, GA. Candidates who have a background working in production and manufacturing are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain manufacturing machines, including cappers, tippers, fillers, marble droppers, valve droppers, and can crimpers. - Ensure the quality of products by performing regular quality control checks. - Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs as needed. - Execute product changeovers efficiently and according to schedule. - Rotate between different line positions to meet production needs. - Box finished products and stack pallets for shipping. - Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively. - Read and follow the production schedule to prioritize tasks. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
