In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 25 individuals, overseeing daily operations to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Your leadership will have a direct impact on the quality of our products and the overall success of your team. You will be responsible for managing standard operational and technical tasks, with the flexibility to rearrange tasks as necessary to adapt to changing work situations. Our Cheltenham facility employs approx 1800 people and manufactures power distribution & avionics equipment for global military and civil aerospace customers.
