Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has a dynamic full-time employment opportunity for a mid-senior level Associate in our Corporate Practice. This is a location flexible position primarily working with attorneys in the Corporate practices of our Tampa and Fort Lauderdale offices. Consideration will be given to interested candidates across multiple East Coast office locations, with this team frequently working across the GT platform. Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of significant experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public M&A, take-private transactions and general corporate governance.
