Job Title: Technical Package Designer II Department / Division: Global Content Marketing & Creating /Marketing Salary Grade: EX1_13: Salary Range: $57,120 - $70,560 per year plus an annual bonus Location: Ada, MI: *Note: This position is a hybrid remote/office role, and you must be able to report in person to Ada on Mondays through Thursdays as part of our collaboration days* What do we need: This is a highly technical role, requiring exposures to print production and packaging label artwork. This role requires some measure of design aesthetics, but is more of a technical designer, with strong technical skills and talent for highly detailed work. This role is more of a technical artist doing detailed label artwork. What’s special about this team: Technical Package design at Amway is focused on building packaging artwork for new product development and business sustaining initiatives in support of all of Amway’s product lines. This team works collaboratively with Artwork Project Managers, Concept Artists, Packaging Engineers, and print suppliers to create world-class artwork files that adhere to Amway’s various brand standards.
