Job description

The Product Merchandiser plays a key role across the entire collection product lifecycle, ensuring accurate, efficient, and data-driven execution of all product & merchandising operations activities. This highly analytical position focuses on monitoring product performance from sell-in to sell-out, leveraging insights to optimize assortment balance, pricing, and overall market alignment. The role combines performance analysis with hands-on operational management, including maintaining product data in PLM systems, tracking collection progress, and supporting key milestones from development through go-to-market. Key responsibilities include supporting assortment plan execution, maintaining PLM data, contributing to collection reviews, preparing product and sales campaign materials, and managing in-season activities. The overall objective is to deliver a balanced, competitive, and commercially successful assortment through strong analytical insight, reliable data management, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
