Job DetailsJob Location: Memphis, TN 38118Job Shift: AnyPosition Summary We are looking for a responsible delivery person to distribute products and support the truck driver diligently to our customers. This position will represent our company professionally and profitably to increase our profits and customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes. Follow routes and schedules in a timely manner. Ask for feedback on the services provided and resolve customer complaints as needed. Follow process and receive payments from customers when applicable. Responsible for loading/ unloading products, preparation, inspection, and use of the delivery vehicle - Pallet Jack (Pallet truck). Inform customers about new products and services. Fill in logs and reports. Mandatory use of applications and systems of the company such as but not limited to- Smart Delivery and Route4Me. Comply with DOT regulations and safety standards. Assist the driver with the cleaning and maintenance of the truck. Availability to sleep if the route requires it for exceeding...
