What Role You Will Play On Our Team The construction or field engineer is a field or above field assignment and is primarily an individual contributor within the Project Management Job Family. Primary contributions include in depth evaluations for construction problem solving as well as an integration role between the construction superintendent/foreman and the construction leadership as well as engineering, quality, materials management, and system completion disciplines. What You Will Do: - Developing into a 'Champion' of safety performance through active engagement with the safety program and the craft - Support the integration of Contractor/subcontractor's workface planning with engineering, quality, procurement, and systems completion activities. - Provide surveillance for conformance with the contract in execution of the work scope - Assist with driving site construction / fabrication safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance in assigned areas/scope. - Perform / support / lead (as requested) discrete tasks to improve construction management systems and safety, planning, and execution tools.
