About the Role: This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for an experienced Production/ Reliability Engineer to take genuine ownership of an end-to-end eucalyptus distillery process — from mulch arrival through to final oil storage. This isn't a role for someone who prefers the sidelines: you'll be building processes from the ground up, establishing the maintenance framework, and leading the ongoing reliability and performance of a unique and specialised facility.
