Position Summary: The IT Support Specialist is the first line of support for internal IT requests at Maverick, one of the business units within the Orion portfolio of Andromeda Software. This entry-level role is designed for someone eager to learn and grow within a tech environment, handling everything from account administration to hardware setup and basic troubleshooting. The role offers genuine career development, with a clear pathway into Microsoft 365 and cloud administration responsibilities as the organization's infrastructure buildout progresses.
