The Role: We're looking for a Retention Specialist Intern who's genuinely excited about keeping customers happy and helping them succeed to join us. You'll be the person who picks up the phone, sends the thoughtful email, and has real conversations with contractors who may be thinking about leaving CompanyCam or whose accounts are in jeopardy due to outstanding payment issues.
