ABOUT THE ROLE: We're on the hunt for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to jump into our exciting Emu Plains Seniors Living Project valued at $100m. At Growthbuilt, you'll be a key player in steering project delivery, keeping everything on time, on quality, and on budget. You will work side-by-side with our Senior Project Manager, and oversee a team of Site Coordinators, Graduates and Cadets to help coordinate design, quality, authorities and site operations across the project. ABOUT THE PROJECT: We are thrilled to partner with our long-time client, Uniting, to design and construct their Uniting Edinglassie Village adjacent to their existing residential aged care facility in Emu Plains, NSW. The project includes demolition of 46 existing Independent Living Units (ILUs), and delivery of 147 new ILUs across 5 new buildings (2 to 4 storeys), with a single-level basement carpark, residents' clubhouse, and associated earthworks, landscaping & stormwater drainage.
