Description The Cognitive/Memory Disorders Section in the Department of Neurology at UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated academic Behavioral Neurology Physician Scientist to join our interdisciplinary team. This faculty position combines clinical expertise in cognitive and behavioral neurology with a robust research program aimed at understanding and treating disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, frontotemporal dementia, Lewy Body dementia, and related cognitive syndromes. The successful candidate will divide their time between patient care and scientific investigatino, with strong institutional support for research infrastructure, grant development, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Duties: - provide expert diagnosis and care for patients with cognitive, behavioral, and neurodegenerative disorders. - Supervise and teach neurology residents and medical students.
