Position Summary: The Senior Manager, Talent Management & Development, is responsible for designing and embedding the firm’s approach to talent, performance, and development. This role serves as a strategic partner to the CHRO and leadership team, translating business priorities into practical talent initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and support long-term growth. As part of a small, high-performing HR team, this is an individual contributor role that requires a highly hands-on, agile approach.
