What you'll be responsible for The Membership Sales & Retention Specialist will engage with existing members and prior members through proactive outreach calls. You will be responsible for strengthening relationships, renewing memberships, and identifying opportunities to enhance member value through FoundersCard’s suite of benefits and experiences. This is a high-energy, performance-driven role requiring daily outbound engagement, expert product knowledge, and a consultative approach to customer success.
