Job Description Summary This position involves leading a team within a production unit or line in the execution of production processes to transform parts and raw materials into GE circuit breaker products in a timely, cost-effective manner to achieve business overall metrics within the GE values. Ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies. This role sets the standard for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Culture of the manufacturing workplace. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations. - Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy. - In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
