ASK ABOUT OUR NEW SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL !!!: Under the supervision of a Licensed Nurse, the Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) performs direct resident care duties within the scope of their professional certification and assist in maintain a positive physical and psychosocial environment for the residents. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including eating, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and changing bed linens. - Transfer and reposition residents safely to and from beds, chairs, and other areas. - Support and participate in resident activity programs. - Prepare residents for meals and snacks, assist with feeding as needed, and accurately record food and fluid intake. - Follow daily care plans; perform assigned restorative and rehabilitative procedures; monitor and report changes in resident condition to the charge nurse; document care on resident records and flow sheets; and report accidents or incidents promptly. - Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and promptly report injuries or violations to a supervisor. - Understand, comply with, and promote all regulations and policies regarding resident rig...
