Summary: Hatalom is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) . The ISD will support the design, development, and implementation of training solutions across a range of program requirements. This position will develop Computer-Based Training (CBT) for Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) and Instructor-Led Training (ILT), supporting classroom, distributed, and mobile delivery environments. The role applies in instructional systems design methodologies to create scalable, performance-based training aligned with mission and program objectives . The ISD will collaborate with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructional designers, multimedia developers, artists, systems/software engineers, and government stakeholders to deliver high-quality courseware and training products.
