Job DetailsJob Location: Duffield - Duffield, VA 24244 Job Summary: Responsible for assisting departmental manager in responding to customer service and warranty issues, scheduling field service work and personnel, ordering materials & maintaining field service stock, maintain records, and completing quotes. Essential Duties: Respond to customer service issues by the customer. Assist departmental manager with scheduling and directing field service technicians and contractors in response to service and warranty issues including written field instructions and statements of work. Order and ship materials for field, warranty work and small part orders. Maintain field service stock items and tools/equipment. Maintain individual job records, materials list, statistical reports, and various monthly reports. Maintain spreadsheets for all field service & warranty jobs. Review Engineering drawings, control prints and materials list for field assembly and upgrade work. Perform other tasks as required by manager in order to complete all assigned field or customer service issues.
