Department: 10010 Community Care Partners - Administration Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: M-F, 8a-5p Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25 Major Responsibilities: Monitors and maintains an optimal level of productivity through the management of day-to-day program/department operations. Develops and recommends operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures within approved budget objectives . Develops, implements, and updates policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient flow of service activities. Develops documentation around processes and trains staff on ongoing changes. As appropriate , holds staff accountable for daily operational detail and for informing team members of important and critical issues and concerns. Aligns social work programs and services with Community Health strategic goals and priorities and in support of the Advocate National Center for Health Equity. Advances social work practices through performance and quality-based outcomes.
