Commercial Sales Consultant – Building Materials Detroit / Ann Arbor, MI: Pella is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Consultant to drive market share growth across the Detroit and Ann Arbor commercial markets. This role is designed for a proven commercial sales professional with experience selling technical building products to architects, engineers, and commercial contractors through a specification-driven, consultative sales approach. You will serve as a technical business partner throughout the project lifecycle, supporting value engineering, influencing design decisions, and securing project wins from concept through construction. The Role: This is a field-based, quota-carrying commercial sales role with ownership of a defined territory. You will spend at least 60% of your time in the field calling on architecture firms, engineering partners, GCs, and job sites, pursuing mid-to-large commercial projects and expanding Pella’s footprint in the market.
