Job description

Position Summary: Responsible for communicating the benefits of San Diego PACE (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly) in order to drive productivity via monthly enrollments. Achieves agreed upon monthly enrollment targets and outcomes within schedule. Duties include but not limited to: engaging PACE enrollment prospects, initial screening and coordination of new participants into the San Diego PACE program. Essential Functions of the Job: - Results-driven Business Development Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage PACE enrollment prospects. - Understand and promote PACE services to prospective participants. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. - Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships throughout the PACE enrollment process. - Reach out to customer leads through telephonic and/or in-person meetings in order to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize likelihood of a successful enrollment. - Consistently achieve agreed upon monthly enrollment targets and outcomes within schedule....
