This is an existing vacancy that we are actively looking to fill. - Lead and support full-cycle high-volume recruitment, including drafting job postings, proactively sourcing and engaging candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, managing the applicant tracking system, partnering with external recruiters, and preparing offer letters. - Own and coordinate all aspects of new hire onboarding, including reference checks, new hire orientations, preparing documentation, and organizing communication materials to ensure a smooth transition. - Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing accurate information on policies, procedures, and HR guidelines for both union and non‑union employee groups. - Support the maintenance and administration of the HRIS, including data entry, auditing for accuracy, processing employee changes, and assisting with system updates or enhancements. - Extract, analyze, and summarize HR metrics using HRIS reporting tools. - Assis...
