In this role you will be responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment delivery (up to job offer) for indirect labor roles across multiple EMEA countries and including job offer for Poland. The role operates as part of Autoliv’s Recruitment Shared Service Center , ensuring high‑quality, compliance, and efficient hiring, while partnering closely with local HR Business Partners and hiring managers.
