Work Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Salary Range: $30.00 - $51.00: Union Position: No Department Details: We are seeking a Case Manager to support our Emergency Department team. This role plays a key part in coordinating discharge planning, connecting patients with appropriate community resources, and supporting positive patient outcomes. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborative problem-solving and is committed to ensuring patients leave the Emergency Department with a clear, safe plan for next steps. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, day-shift position and is fully benefit eligible.
