Packaging Engineer

Job description

We are looking for a Packaging Engineer to join our team in Mosnov, Czech Republic . In this role, you will oversee and manage the movement, storage, and supply of goods and materials while assisting engineers with the development of new products and solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Research and facilitate improvements to operations and material groups by providing data and tools to increase productivity and efficiency. - Recommend and implement new or improved error-proofing methods and technology. - Collect and compare time study data and systematic data to ensure accurate benchmarking for metrics and charting standards. - Support Operations from an Engineering standpoint to solve and correct issues in a timely manner. - Lead and support packaging and continuous improvement initiatives, including packaging studies, development of packaging standards, and enhancements to existing packaging. - Provide weekly Packaging Inventory updates and recommendations based on usage. - Review and update Packaging Instructions in in-house systems and SAP. - Coordinate, monitor, and analyze material flow based on schedules.
