Role – Education Coach Location – North West: Salary – Upto 40K, + Car allowance Our Education Team: You’ll be joining Storal’s wider team of passionate Early Years Educators and leaders, who play an incredibly important role in shaping children’s development. As an Education Coach, you’ll work across multiple nurseries, supporting and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional early years education. How you’ll spend your time here Day to day, you will support, mentor and coach nursery teams to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences. You’ll identify areas for improvement across settings, whether that’s enhancing teaching techniques, strengthening curriculum delivery, or creating more engaging and stimulating environments. You’ll champion inclusive practice, ensuring every child’s individual needs are met through strong, confident teaching. You’ll work closely with Nursery Managers and leadership teams to assess educational outcomes and implement improvements. A key part of your role will be modelling best practice, delivering training sessions and workshops, and supporting educators to develop their skills and confidence.
