Job description

Overview: As a Green Coffee Warehouse Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of coffee from arrival to production. You’ll handle incoming shipments, operate equipment to move and store materials, and support the blending and preparation of green coffee for roasting. This is a hands-on role where safety, quality, and attention to detail are critical. *Note that this is a mid-shift position and the working hours are 11 am - 7 pm. What You Will Do: Load and blend green coffee to meet daily production needs Receive, inspect, and properly store inbound coffee shipments Operate equipment (forklifts, Strong Arm, tumble drum) to move, unload, and package materials Package blended coffee into supersacks for production and shipment Monitor and document quality, food safety, and operational procedures Identify and escalate issues related to quality, safety, production, or equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (GMPs, SSOPs) Support efficient material flow and warehouse organization Follow all safety, food safety, and standard operating procedures Participate in trainings and support other production areas as needed Qualifications : High school d...
